About these terms

These terms apply when you buy a Hipersign ERP subscription online through this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. Our Terms of use and Privacy policy also apply.

Who you buy from

• Customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom buy from Estrellas International LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Customers in India buy from Hipersign Technologies, our partner in India.
• The Enterprise plan, and customers in other countries, are served under a separate agreement. Contact us for a quote.

Business customers

Outside the UAE, online purchases are for businesses only: by buying, you confirm that you are buying for your business. Customers in Saudi Arabia must give their VAT registration number, and customers in the United Kingdom their VAT number or company registration number.

Plans and what is included

You can buy the Solo (1 user), Team (3 users), Growth (5 users) or Business (10 users) plan. Every plan includes:

• All Hipersign ERP features, with no paid modules.
• Hosting of your ERP system in the cloud.
• Setup and data migration. These are normally charged separately, and are free during our limited-time offer. The offer price shown when you buy is the one that applies to you.
• Up to 8 hours of customisation and 4 hours of online training, used during your setup.
• A dedicated account manager, and unlimited chat and WhatsApp support during business hours, subject to fair use. The Business plan also includes direct call support.

Additional customisation, online training and on-site training are charged at the hourly rates shown on the Pricing page, after we agree them with you.

Prices and taxes

• Prices are shown in the currency of your country: UAE dirhams (AED), Saudi riyals (SAR), Hong Kong dollars (HKD), pounds sterling (GBP) or Indian rupees (₹).
• Prices exclude tax.
• UAE: 5% VAT is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
• Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom: no VAT is charged. As a business customer, you account for the VAT in your country under the reverse charge.
• Hong Kong: there is no VAT or GST.
• India: 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
• The tax number you give at checkout (TRN, VAT number or GSTIN) appears on your invoice.

Billing and automatic renewal

• Yearly billing: you pay for 12 months in advance. The price is shown as a monthly amount on the Pricing page and charged as one yearly payment.
• Monthly billing: you pay each month, at the monthly price shown on the Pricing page.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your saved payment method is charged, until you cancel.
• For yearly plans, we email you a reminder before each renewal.
• In India, you will receive a notification before each automatic charge, as required for recurring payments.
• Card details are handled by our payment providers: Razorpay for India, and Stripe for all other countries. We do not store your full card details.

Activation

After your payment succeeds, we set up your Hipersign ERP system within one working day. We then email your login details and arrange your onboarding with your account manager. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the UAE (or in India, for customers in India).

Changing your plan

• You can move up to a larger plan at any time. We charge the difference for the rest of your current billing period.
• A move to a smaller plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
• If you need more than 10 users, we will move you to the Enterprise plan under a separate agreement.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time on the Manage subscription page, by emailing sales@hipersignerp.com, or by telling your account manager. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except under our money-back guarantee, payments already made are not refunded. See our Refund and cancellation policy.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of that payment. The guarantee covers the subscription fee only. Additional services you paid for separately, and hours already delivered beyond those included in your plan, are not refunded. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment provider will try again and let you know. If it is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, we may suspend access until payment is made. Your data is kept during suspension.

Your data

• The data you enter into Hipersign ERP belongs to you.
• When your subscription ends, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days. After that, we may permanently delete it.
• How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

Service availability

We work to keep Hipersign ERP available at all times and to protect your data with regular backups. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where possible, and we tell you about it in advance.

Acceptable use

You must use Hipersign ERP lawfully, keep your login details secure, and not resell or share access with other businesses unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law

• For customers who buy from Estrellas International LLC: the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.
• For customers in India: the laws of India, with the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Hipersign Technologies.
