Pricing questions, answered
Do cheaper plans get fewer features?
No. Every plan includes every feature. The only differences are the number of users, and direct call support on Business and Enterprise.
Is there a setup fee?
Hosting, 8 hours of customisation and 4 hours of online training are included in every plan. Setup and data migration normally cost the amounts shown in the offer above; for a limited time both are free.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly plans are paid once a year and give you the lowest price. Monthly billing is more flexible and costs about 10% more.
Are industry editions included?
Yes. Every plan includes all features, including the workflows for industries such as fitout, construction and trading.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund your subscription fee in full. Customisation and training hours already delivered, and paid extra services, are not refundable.
What if we need more than 10 users?
Enterprise is for 11 users or more, with volume pricing. Ask us for a quote.
