Hipersign ERP is an operating brand of Estrellas International LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.

In Saudi Arabia, your contract may be with our authorised local partner. In India, Hipersign ERP is offered by our partner Hipersign Technologies, in Hong Kong by Hipersign Global Trading Limited, and in the United Kingdom by AdzProHub Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16914347). The company you contract with is responsible for the data it receives about you.

What we collect

• What you give us in our forms (demo, contact, partnership, and requests for a brochure that is not yet available): your name, company, work email and phone number and, where you provide them, your industry, country, partnership type and message.
• What is recorded with your request: the page you sent it from, the site language, and the date and time. We also keep a one-way hashed version of your IP address to detect spam and abuse. We do not store the IP address itself.
• When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information in that conversation.
• Technical data your browser sends when you visit (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed), which our hosting provider may log for security and performance.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, whether it is a demo, a quote, a brochure or a partnership enquiry.
• To send you a document you asked for, once it is available.
• To follow up with you about Hipersign ERP products and services related to your request.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your consent

Our forms ask for your consent to be contacted about your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

• Our own business systems: form submissions are stored in our website database and in our own ERP system, where our sales team manages enquiries, and are emailed to our team.
• Our group companies and partners: your enquiry is shared with the company that serves your country: Hipersign Technologies in India, Hipersign Global Trading Limited in Hong Kong, AdzProHub Ltd in the UK, or our authorised partner in Saudi Arabia. They use it only to respond to and support you.
• Service providers who run the website for us, such as our web hosting and email providers.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Third-party services on this website

• Google Fonts: pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
• Google Drive: some brochures are delivered from Google Drive. When you download one, Google receives your IP address and request.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to chat with us on WhatsApp, the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy applies to that conversation.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside your country. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected when it is transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. We then delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no transfer over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Hong Kong and the UK, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw your consent, and to object to certain uses of it.
